New migrant shipwreck, 21 missing with three children

A boat loaded with migrants has sunk in the Mediterranean. The coast guard rescued 7 Syrians who were on a capsized boat. The survivors say they left Libya in 28 on September 1st and after a day of sailing the accident occurred.
